Help for Trafalgar St. neighbors

U of R Student Struck by Car, Seriously Injured

Another sad event. A U of R student struck by car and is seriously injured. Unfortunately I have been waiting for something like this to happen. Anthony woke me up at 1:30am last night, as the fire turcks were screaming down the street, headed toward a fire about 10 or 12 houses away from ours.
